Real Estate in the Southeast area of Houston will benefit from the expansion of the Panama Canal. The addition of new locks and gates which allow larger ships to pass through which will cut shipping costs and add container tonnage to the Port of Houston. The Future of Houston Rail
The Train lines are pretty much the same as they were 110 years. There are 17 different railroads tracks which cross Houston neighborhoods on their way to the Sea. During that time our population has increased from 45,000 to over 2,100,000 people. Galveston is no longer an equal to Houston and our Port has grown tremendously. Exxon Mobil will have North Houston campus
Exxon Mobil Corp. made a long-expected announcement last week that it was planning to consolidate 8,000 of its Houston employees into a huge office complex in north Harris County. The project will be developed on 385 acres near Interstate 45 and the Hardy Toll Road. The Irving-based oil giant revealed few details about the size and scope of the campus.
