Service GuaranteeClients are tech savvy. By the time we talk to them for the first time, they are likely to know more about the market and what’s available than even just a few years ago. We are no longer their sole source of information on a property or the market. That doesn’t diminish our role, it enhances it.

The speed of communications today makes it more important than ever to work with an agent that understands the significance of technology in today’s real estate market. Instant communication is not a part of customer service, it’s an expectation.

It is no longer acceptable to wait until your agent gets into the office. Texts and emails, even signing and sending documents from mobile devices in our cars is the norm. Real estate today is a time sensitive business and you want every advantage.

It starts with listening.

Knowing how to listen to a client is far more important than knowing how to talk to a client. The more I can understand about a client’s lifestyle and how real estate impacts that lifestyle, the better I will be equipped to assist them in accomplishing their goals. I view real estate as a concierge service. You tell me what you want, and I will help you get it. Whether your interests lie in commercial or residential real estate, I will not stop until you achieve your goal.

Today smart realtors are using a whole new set of tools to take advantage of a fast moving market. Many real estate opportunities are quickly perishable. Your agent should know this and be able to react quickly.

The most important feature for a tech saavy agent such as Bill Edge is his website.   The website gives potential clients a way to gather information and see photos of the realtor before their first interaction.  The website is a virtual showcase of the technology and expertise of the agent.   It serves as a direct relationship with his clients and a marketing channel for the company.

The iPad is the new indispensable tool of the realtor.   Real estate professionals  now access documents, and forms anywhere anytime.   With the help of iCloud storage and apps, real estate professionals can write contracts , negotiate, and complete the contract using DocuSignInk to sign on the iPad.

There are 4 billon mobile phones today.  By 2014 mobile internet should overtake desktop internet usage.  One half of all on line real estate searches are performed on smart phones according to Goggle.   Providing information which can be displayed on smart phones is imperative.  Instead of looking at a flyer in front of a home, today’s buyer is able to get a full video home tour by clicking on the QR symbol on the Realtor’s Sign.  Internet users can see the video on a single property website dedicated to the listing.

All of these tools help keep me ahead of the curve, and at peak efficiency in helping my clients.

Exceeding expectations.

I do not want clients who are just satisfied. I want clients who are thrilled with our services.

Daily, I am searching for ways to over perform. Meeting the needs of our clients is not good enough. We are always looking for opportunities to exceed expectations.
